Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB)

Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) release insoluble phosphates present in soil. It releases various acids and enzymes which help to solubilise unavailable form of phosphorus being present in soil and chemical fertilizers which are converted into soluble form for plant uptake by root. Root development and growth ultimately give high crop yield. It solubilise 30-50 kg Phosphate / ha and saves up to 25-30% cost of chemical fertilizer.
